At Foxcroft, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we accept returns of unworn, unwashed, or defective merchandise within 30 days of the original ship date.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by the portal and secure it to the outside of your original packaging.

• 3.
  Drop Off Package

  Hand over your return package to any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup for convenient processing.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
